1、Check if the certificates of conformity for the inspection tools and main supporting equipment are within the validity period.If they are not within the validity period,they are not allowed to be used.Contact the maintenance personnel in a timely manner to check if the inspection tools are still qualified.
2、Does the temperature at the calibration site of the 3D flexible welding platform meet the requirements of the calibration regulations(20±5℃)?If not,an air conditioner should be used to adjust the temperature at the calibration site to meet the requirements.
3、Clean the surface of the inspected 3D flexible welding platform and wipe it clean with 120#solvent gasoline.
4、The time for the 3D flexible welding platform calibration tool to balance the temperature at the calibration site should not be less than four hours.

1、Facilitating the loading and unloading of welded components.When operating,it should be considered that the product can be smoothly removed from the fixture after assembly positioning welding or welding,and the product should also be flipped or lifted to avoid damage.
2、The fixture should have sufficient strength and rigidity.When fixtures are put into use in production,they must withstand various forces,so fixtures should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
3、Flexibility in welding operations.Sufficient welding space should be determined when using fixtures for production,so that operators have a good view and operating environment,and the entire welding production process is in a stable working state.
4、Good craftsmanship.The designed fixtures should be easy to manufacture,install,and operate,as well as facilitate inspection,maintenance,and replacement of vulnerable parts.When designing,factors such as the existing clamping power source,lifting capacity,and installation site in the workshop should also be considered to reduce the manufacturing cost of fixtures.
5、Clamping properties.During clamping,the positioning position of the workpiece must not be damaged,and the shape and size of the product must be determined to meet the requirements of the drawing.It is not allowed for the workpiece to loosen or slip,and the constraint on the workpiece should not be too large,resulting in significant constraint stress.
