Granite platform is a precision measurement and working platform made mainly of natural granite.Due to its unique physical characteristics,it is widely used in precision manufacturing,metrological testing,mechanical processing and other fields.

High stability

Granite belongs to igneous rocks,formed through millions of years of geological processes.Its internal structure is uniform and dense,with almost no internal stress,and it is not easily deformed by temperature changes or external forces.It can maintain plane accuracy for a long time.

Excellent wear resistance

The Mohs hardness of granite can reach 6-7 levels(higher than 2-5 levels of steel),and the surface is not easily scratched or worn.It has a long service life and is particularly suitable as a reference surface for frequent contact with workpieces.

Good shock absorption

Granite has a low elastic modulus and strong ability to absorb vibrations,which can reduce the impact of external vibrations on precision measurement or processing and ensure operational stability.

Corrosion Resistance

It does not rust,has corrosion resistance to water,oil,and most chemical reagents,and can maintain performance without complex surface treatment.

High precision flatness

After precision grinding and polishing,the surface flatness can reach the micrometer or even nanometer level,which can be used as a reference platform for high-precision measurement(such as in conjunction with micrometers and dial indicators).
