Product Details
Cast Iron V-Block
Cast Iron V-Block is an auxiliary tool used for precision shaft component inspection, marking, and positioning. It is made of cast iron (HT200-250) and has high precision and stability.
Material characteristics
Cast iron V-blocks are divided into two types: ductile iron and gray iron, with a working face hardness of not less than 664HV (alloy steel) or 170HB-240HB (cast iron), a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.63 μ m, and no defects such as cracks or sand holes.
Accuracy standards
When used in pairs, the parallelism, perpendicularity, and concentricity errors between the plane and the V-shaped groove are ≤ 0.01 millimeters
The half angle error range of the V-shaped groove is ± 30 '~± 1'
Application scenarios
Mainly used for placing circular workpieces such as shafts and sleeves, determining the centerline position through V-shaped grooves, suitable for clamping, marking, and accuracy detection in mechanical processing.
