Material Properties

High Stability:Granite is an igneous rock that has undergone hundreds of millions of years of geological evolution.Its internal structure is uniform and stable,with almost no internal stress.It is resistant to deformation even in environments with significant temperature changes,ensuring long-term precision retention.

High Hardness and Wear Resistance:Granite typically has a Mohs hardness of 6–7.Its surface is highly hard and wear-resistant,resisting scratches and abrasions during long-term use,thus maintaining surface flatness.

Excellent Rigidity:The dense and hard material offers high rigidity,minimizing elastic deformation under external forces and ensuring accuracy during measurement and processing.

Processing Technology

The manufacturing of Granite Round Platforms demands extremely high precision,involving the following key steps:

Raw Material Selection:High-quality natural granite blocks with uniform texture,no cracks,and no impurities are selected.Varieties such as diabase,Jinan Green,and Taishan Green are preferred for their excellent quality.

Cutting and Shaping:Large diamond saw blades are used to cut the granite block into a circular blank according to design dimensions,initially defining the platform’s basic shape.

Rough Grinding:Grinding wheels and other tools are used for rough grinding to remove surface irregularities and cutting marks,achieving a basic level of flatness.

Fine Grinding and Polishing:Precision grinders perform fine grinding to further improve flatness and surface光洁度(smoothness).During fine grinding,grinding depth and speed are strictly controlled to ensure precision.Finally,polishing is done to make the surface smooth and细腻(fine),reducing measurement errors.
