1.Align and clamp the flat plate according to the processing line drawn on the end face and upper plane of the cast iron platform.

2.Use a slotting knife to plane out the right angle groove.T-groove platform,also known as T-groove flat plate,is a cast iron flat plate with T-groove on the surface,which is used to assemble and debug the cast iron platform measuring tools of mechanical equipment.The cast iron T-groove platform produced by our company is as strict as the scribing platform in accordance with the relevant national industrial standards,and cast iron casting is used,which is not only stable in accuracy,but also reliable.If the T-shaped groove is small and the accuracy(precision)of the top right angle groove is not high,it can be cut out in one cutting to make its width equal to the width of the T-shaped groove notch.If the T-shaped groove is small and the requirements for notch accuracy are relatively high or the T-shaped groove is large,the right angle groove shall be planed twice by rough planing and fine planing.
