The user of cast iron welding table can choose the appropriate overall dimensions according to their own products,and select the corresponding tooling fixture according to the overall dimensions and sizes of their own single product or multiple products.The device is simple,flexible and stable.Users can quickly splice tooling with different requirements according to needs,so as to achieve the ideal clamping position and angle.

The cast iron welding table is cast from gray iron.It has high bearing capacity,stable rigidity,no deformation and easy maintenance after long-term use.Its five surfaces are machined with regular through holes(hole spacing is generally 100mm,and other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements),and are engraved with network cables.The welding platform can be extended and expanded conveniently,and can be combined arbitrarily.

The expanded standard table can be directly connected with modular positioning and clamping.In the process of installing,adjusting and positioning the workpiece,the general functions of the flexible three-dimensional combined welding tooling system are displayed incisively and vividly,especially in the application of large workpiece.

The assembly methods are diversified.As long as users give full play to their imagination,they can almost achieve the same positioning and clamping functions of the fixture.Quick assembly and convenient disassembly;The worktable can be assembled according to the shape and size of the workpiece.The scale on the table and the design of module size enable the operators to quickly build the required tooling according to the size of the workpiece without measuring tools,which greatly saves the workload and time,and improves the work efficiency and quality in general.

The hole system characteristics and measurement straightness of cast iron welding table are analyzed as follows:

1、Pore system characteristics

1.standard hole design:cast iron welding table and its accessories adopt standard hole design,without traditional thread or T-shaped groove.This design makes the assembly process faster and more convenient,and the positioning is more accurate.

-D16 Series platform:the hole diameter isΦ16,the hole spacing is 50mm±0.05,and 50X50mm grid lines are distributed on the surface.

-D28 Series platform:it is composed of an array with hole diameter ofΦ28 and hole spacing of 100mm±0.05,and 100x100mm grid lines are distributed on the surface.

2.flexible combination:since all accessories are prefabricated,they can be combined and adjusted according to the needs of the product,greatly increasing the flexibility of the platform.

3.three dimensional combination:the large surface of the platform has two directions,and the four surrounding areas can also be used for vertical installation,thus realizing the possibility of three-dimensional combination and further expanding the application scope of the platform.

2、Measurement straightness analysis

Measuring straightness is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of cast iron welding table.The specific assessment methods are as follows:

1.load test:apply a load of 250N(1n=0.1102kgf)at the center of the three-dimensional welding platform to detect the deflection of the plate.Qualified platform under this load,the deflection of the plate shall not exceed 1μM.

2.deflection evaluation:during the test,the deflection of each layer of flat plate shall not exceed half of the flatness tolerance value of the flat plate.This index ensures that the platform can still maintain a good straightness under load.

3.rigidity addition:the manufacturer of 3D welded flat plate has added certain rigidity to each platform to ensure that it can bear heavy objects.If the stiffness of the flat plate is poor,the deviation caused by the load will be large,resulting in poor flatness of the platform,which cannot be used as a reference plane.

4.working face thickening:in order to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the plate,the working faces of some three-dimensional welding platforms will be thickened.
