The heat treatment and reference plane of the welding fixture work table:pushing the gauge seat and workpiece smoothly on the scraped welding fixture worktable without any rough feeling,which facilitates measurement.The material is cast iron HT200-250 with a working face hardness of HB160-210.After two treatments(manual annealing at 600-700 degrees or natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of the product is stabilized and its performance is good.Suitable for various inspection work and measurement reference planes,used for machine tool mechanical measurement reference,checking the dimensional accuracy or form and position deviation of parts,and making lines.

It is also a fundamental tool in mechanical manufacturing.In order to prevent deformation of the welding fixture worktable,when lifting the welding fixture worktable,a relatively sturdy steel wire rope should be used to simultaneously tie the four lifting holes on the welding fixture worktable,and the welding fixture worktable should be installed flat and stable on the transport vehicle.The four support points of the welding fixture workbench should be properly padded.The welding fixture workbench needs to undergo heat treatment because it is a large casting that requires heat treatment to enhance its own value.

Precautions for Casting Welding Fixture Workbench:

1、The control of the casting and grinding process,as well as the performance of the molding sand,will directly affect the quality of the measuring tool castings.Therefore,molding sand generally has excellent wet strength,flowability,plasticity,and yielding properties.

2、Strictly follow the feeding order:old sand new sand clay coal powder water.The mixing time is set at 6-7 minutes,and after mixing,it takes about 5 hours to mix evenly.After mixing,sieve and loosen the sand before use to make it loose and improve its flowability.

3、Control of casting and pouring process.Before pouring,it is necessary to incubate and remove slag from the casting water.During the pouring process,it is important to maintain a steady flow and prevent sand holes caused by sand flushing.

4、When running the fire,it is necessary to promptly block the parts that leak casting water and replenish the casting water to reduce the disadvantages of cold insulation and insufficient pouring.

5、The control of the casting and finishing process of the welding fixture workbench is to sort the measuring tool castings from the mold after cooling,in order to obtain the measuring tool castings with no defects on the surface.
